JUAN RAMOS
Weight
training and exercise have always been a part of my life. I had
a career in the retail industry for eight years. The gym was an
escape for me. It was a time to unwind from stress. It was a
time to make my body healthy. It was a time to help myself look
better by challenging my body.
Eventually I realized I wanted my career to be what I loved to
do. My enjoyment for weight training and exercise motivated me
to pursue a career in the fitness industry. I received my
“Physical Fitness Specialist” certification from The Cooper
Institute in 2005.
I started with my first client in January, 2006. My first client
is still with me to this day. I have trained at The Turtle Creek
Athletic Club. I currently train at Energy Fitness in Uptown and
at Anytime Fitness in The Bishop Arts District.
I like to mix traditional exercise with core and balance work.
Your first session will consist of fitness assessments to
determine your absolute strength, dynamic strength and cardio
fitness. Your workout program will then be planned specifically
for your goals.

What our members say!
"Plain and simple – David is great. Always professional, always on time, always focused on me and my program. That said, I never feel as if I’m just one of many clients - David brings a very personalized approach to his training that is comfortable and encouraging – even when he’s “kicking my butt!” I’ve worked with other trainers before so I know what works for me and what doesn’t. David’s knowledge, professionalism and great personality suit my needs well. I find him a real asset to your program."

Natasha Renette, Certified Personal Trainer
Natasha is the owner and CEO of Beyond Physical Fitness in Dallas TX. A sports lover, she grew up excelling in basketball, soccer, and track & field. Natasha received both an academic and basketball scholarship, and went on to receive an extensive kinesiology background at the University of Texas at Arlington. She has a knowledge and passion for building bodies and has been a trainer for over six years. Natasha currently holds her Personal Trainer Certification with additional certificates in Midlife Fitness for Women, Injury Prevention & Exercise Progression, and Metabolic Connection to Obesity to name a few. Natasha has trained numerous clients over the years and has helped individuals to the path of body fat reduction and healthy living.
What our members say!
"I worked out with Natasha for 6 weeks with a promotion the gym was having. I used to work out in the past and wanted to get back into it and figured that using a personal trainer would give me ideas on new exercises and get me started on my new exercise routine.
Natasha did that and more. The sessions were only 30 minutes but she made sure we used all of that time. In the 30 minute sessions I felt that Natasha gave me a work out that I didn’t get when I was at the gym for more than an hour. Natasha’s work out plan seemed to be specific to what I wanted to accomplish and not just a generic work out plan for anyone, and that is what I liked most.
With in a few weeks I noticed that I had lost some weight and noticed that my strength and endurance were increasing. In between work outs with Natasha, I would try and implement what she taught me at the session and it was turning into a great routine and I was seeing more results with definition in my arms and chest.
During the 6 weeks of training with Natasha, I lost about 16 pounds and noticed my clothes were fitting much better. Natasha didn’t only teach me a new work out routine, she also motivated me and gave me advice of what I should be eating and foods to avoid. Natasha helped put me back on the right track to living a more healthy and fit life.
I have kept up with my work outs and eating healthy and have seen more weight loss and feel healthier.
I think that Natasha is an excellent personal trainer and has the attitude and knowledge to be able to motivate anyone to help get them to their fitness and health goals."

Gretchen House
Chronic back pain from a herniated disc brought Gretchen to her first Iyengar Yoga class in 2006. She appreciates the attention to proper posture and body alignment of this yoga style and enjoys tremendous pain relief and a calmer spirit from her regular practice. Gretchen cares deeply about the health and well-being of her students. She teaches them to perform poses correctly and encourages them to make changes in the way they sit, stand, move, breathe, and even think, taking the yoga room benefits into their daily lives. She credits her caring and patient teaching style to her mentor, Marj Rash, who is currently mentoring her through her first IYNAUS assessment process. When she isn't teaching yoga, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
