Jim Arrington, Owner:

Jim has been employed in the wireless communications industry in which he has enjoyed a great deal of success. Jim has always been a fitness enthusiast. He has been a personal trainer, and a competitive amateur bodybuilder. It has been a long time dream of Jim’s to own a fitness facility and with the help of Anytime Fitness, that dream has become a reality. Jim is also the father of a teenage daughter.
 

 

Hilary Salter, Co-Owner:

Hilary has been working in and out of the fitness industry since 1984 and seen many positive changes throughout the years. Hilary has worked in management, sales and personal training. She has also been a competitive amateur bodybuilder. Hilary believes that a healthy body and a strong mind are essential for a well balanced life.

Hilary is also a school teacher and has three grown sons, and one grandson.
 

 

Personal Trainer:
Lawanda


Education: Masters Public Administration, BS Sociology, AFAA Personal Training and Group Fitness Certification

Experience:  1 yr Personal Training Experience, 1.5yrs Figure Competitions

Areas of Expertise:  Figure Competitions, Muscle Building, Vegetarian diet and training

Goal:  To be the best trainer possible and help others achieve their fitness goals
